Big companies spend a fortune on marketing, but what do you do if you are small, independent and struggling against the big guys? Terry O’Reilly may be able to help you out. Terry has had a weekly show on CBC about the sociological impact of marketing on our daily lives. Every week he shares his insights on what successful companies have done or are planning to do. It’s always extremely entertaining and thoughtful.
On May 25 at 7 p.m at Lakeside Hope House, The Bookshelf will be hosting Terry O’Reilly. He creates, writes, and produces all of his radio work. He began with the CBC in 2012 with a show called The Age of Persuasion. It is now called Under the Influence and has won many North American radio awards.
Terry will be discussing his new book, This I Know: Marketing Lessons from Under the Influence. The question and answer will be moderated by Marty Williams, Executive Director of the Downtown Guelph Business Association. Don’t miss the fun!
